I agree with mrsilv04. Cheap oil and filter then change it after 1,000 miles. Whatever you do do not put engine flush in! That sludge in the motor is holding everything together.

:Bump: Just saw this, what a deal. I wouldn't worry too much about shelf life as long as you store it correctly.

I use to drive one of those back in the early '80's with the pointed blade to remove snow from sidewalks. Be careful and wear your seat belt in case you hit something. I wacked my head on the windshield once.

Depends on how much is leaking. Cracked head will have white smoke. After warm up remove radiator cap and check for bubbles in the coolant. Is it using any coolant?

I saw that too today and googled it. Found some interesting reviews on amazon.

Sounds like you may have a coolant leak(head gasket)due to that #2 cyl. plug being white. Just guessing
