You can get the OEM gasket online for a dollar or two more. I replaced it two years ago for throwing codes and it's been fine since with the updated gasket. Easy to clean the throttle body and MAF sensor while you're in there.

You can safely use Peak Global Lifetime in the Subaru. I researched this extensively two years ago when I did my timing belt & water pump. It's a silicate and phosphate free OAT coolant that's fine to use.

I've been using my 12k set for a few years now, and they've performed perfectly. The one negative is that their lift height is a couple/few inches lower than my metal ones, so keep that in mind if you need to maximize height. That's a decent price and well worth it.
