Mobile 1 Synthetic 15w/50 - Not what it used to be?

Just to clarify, there's a simple reason why Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W50 and Redline motorcycle oils are not JASO approved, and in the official list of verified oils. Both brands can effortlessly afford the testing and fees, but even if they met every other requirement, they would instantly fail the...

    Eneos Racing Pro 10w50 VOA

Looks like a great oil! It’s nice to see that it has a higher starting Sus Vis, which will help keep it in the proper viscosity (50 grade) longer in case the oil starts to shear during use. High phos/zinc, a big dose of moly (reminiscent of Redline lubes), and another big dose of boron. As...

    Oil/Filter for 2012 Yamaha FZ6R

Since you have a local Napa I would recommend the Napa Gold 1358 over the K&N filter due to some of their gasket sealing issues and their ban at many motorcycle track events. You should be able to save a few bucks as well, and still end up with a high quality filter.

    SynPower 0w20 - 9,455 miles - CX5 w/ 2.5l

Anyone curious where the spike in Titanium came from when the Mobil Super Syn was used from 10,120-19,949 miles? I've never seen any of the Mobil 1 oils using that level of titanium (even though this is the Super Syn version) and the previous UOA had 0 PPM present. I'm wondering if they used...
