    That was my original thought. Then I drove one! This has more power than my 91 S10 with a 4.3 liter. I only hope it will make it the same distance. I had 285k on the S10 when I sold it for the Colorado. I owned the S10 from new.

    I switched to Mobil 1 SuperSyn 5/W30 With a K&N Oil Filter and Air Filter. Oil Change #3 Oil Change #4 I should note that I am very pleased with this engine! I run 75% hiway and have averaged 20.7 MPG total. The best being 24 MPG. The Fuel is probably from sitting at the Sheetz eating...
