Is there a tracker Sheet for ALL Oils specifications by viscosity grade?

Hello everyone, I am curious if there is some sort of spreadsheet out there that tracks all of the oil grade specifications? I really enjoy reading this forum (almost nightly lol) and for those who get into the details when comparing a specific viscosity i was thinking it would be so nice to...

TGMO API SP availability? For 0w20

Not sure but clearly they released it in certain parts of the world. And while they may not “need” it; the changes in SP formulation are improvements. So why wouldn’t I run it if I could at the same price? I’m not worried about it; I’m just curious as I posted in previous posts.

TGMO API SP availability? For 0w20

So I guess I should clarify that I’m not looking for that exact can but the TGMO Formula. 0w20 in API SP. I’m just curious as I’m sure the SN+ is more than great. I was at the dealer today because my Lexus and Tundra both needed oil changes. So far in Canada we only have the SN+. I’m...

    Turbo GDI oil question

Thanks for the information. I understand more now. I checked the OM and it only allows 0w20. I looked to see if Mobil 1 EP 0w20 had any of those certifications you mentioned and they do not. Looks like they are for 0w40 or 5w30. Any other suggestions for a 0w20 oil that would meet the...

    Turbo GDI oil question

Has anyone done a VOA to test the new TGMO SN+ to see if it has additives to help timing chain wear? So far I see PUP no longer has the d1g2 cert. but Mobil 1 EP does.

    Turbo GDI oil question

I would like to get some feedback on the new SN plus oil and what is best to use. After reading for hours about the new SN plus and how it benefits LSPI for TGDI engines, I have more questions. My two vehicles are a Lexus NX (turbo): direct and port injection. And a Toyota Tundra (port...

    Oil Advice for Toyota Pickup?

Thanks! I might go a bit longer in the summer but the winter I see some yellow goop in the gap (i guess condensation) so i try to keep the OCIs short. I've also been reading some 4.7L Toyota owners debating whether we can switch to 5W20 now? And if thats the case maybe 0W20 would be best as...

    Toyota SN 0W20 VOA

The Part # on the invoice is C0BB-0W20SN-0L. I did some more reading and Caterham says it is the same stuff as in the states. So if anyone doesnt see any reason why this oil would not be great for an Acura TL then I believe this will be the new oil for me. I was previously using Costrol...

    Oil Advice for Toyota Pickup?

Hello Everyone, I am a new member here but have been reading your forums for years. I would like to ask your opinions on what the best oil and viscosity is for my truck: It is a 2005 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4. It has 270000kms on it now and is still running great and consumes almost no oil...

    Toyota SN 0W20 VOA

I picked up a case of Toyota SN 0w20 today. It worked out to $5.70/l plus tax. While I drive a Toyota Tundra (I actually use PP 5w30 in that as that is what is recommended for the 4.7L), I am buying this oil for my Acura TL 3.5L. After much reading on here I see it is recommended over the Honda...
