There is no SP-III 'license', only the genuine oil and others that claim to be a suitable alternative. Plenty of choices from the "suitable for use" camp.

Both of those are heavy duty diesel engine oils where higher Zn/P levels are of less consequence than in gasoline engines with catalysts. You can't judge the 'robustness' of an oil on just its elemental content.
