I looked at close up photos and I don't see a lockout. I have Rockshox but the lockout is pretty obvious.
You might want to consider better pedals on a bike that nice. I'm using Crank Brothers Stamp 7 pedals.

Update: I installed a Thermalright contact frame tonight (this is the pressure bracket you referenced) and re-mounted using MX-6. A multicore Cinebench run came in at max 79C @ 217w. Idling at 32C.
If you're idling over 40C I would really look into getting a contact frame.
Smooth wasn't the problem in the Tacoma. I'm guessing you don't have this issue in the Lexus, but the 3rd gen Tacoma doesn't have a lot of sound deadening so 4k rpm gets old quickly.
This was the problem with my 2016 TRD Offroad. I ended up selling it after only 11k miles (thank goodness for that resale value). Just say the word "hill" and it'll drop 2 gears and start screaming at 4k+ rpm.
I love wagons. To me, wagons are just a better version of a CUV. Of course there are better off-roaders and faster sports cars, but tell me what a RAV4 or CRV does better than a wagon.
Don't try this in VA. You would be rewarded with a class 1 misdemeanor, a permanent criminal record, and up to 162 days in jail (not to mention whatever the fine would be).
This is trouble for me. My wife is on her second Highlander and due for a replacement soon. The past few years she's been saying she just wants a bigger Highlander.
@Ws6 I've followed your posts over the years and you tend to get really psyched about a car, buy it, then find tons of flaws shortly thereafter.
Have you been able to identify any flaws with the EV6?
