A letter from my congressman. An interesting read.

Otto it's pretty obvious that you are all for limiting the rights of law abiding citizens when it comes to firearms. I'm curious as to how you believe this will in any way curb violent crime. It certainly hasn't worked for other countries that have abandonded freedom in search of a supposed...

Trans fluid recommendation for 2010 V6 Tacoma

I tried the Idemitsu TLS-LV in our '08 XB which calls for WS. Works great, and it's the proper viscosity. The TLS-LV is Idemitsu's toyota WS specific replacement. I got mine through Worldpac.

Another question answered 9x19mm vs 45ACP

9mm is by far the most common center fire handgun cartridge. No hard data, but I worked at a large outdoor range, and the 9mm is by far the most popular. It's also the most popular with the leo and G-men type, so I'm sure they're getting a good bit of it. As a side note some police depts...

Quick rundown on coolant change? 2008 xB

Your method is spot on. If you're draining and refilling with the same type of coolant then there isn't usually a need for a flush. Let us know how it goes, I might do ours this weekend. Are you using the Pink or the red?

    Looking at gas/nitro powered RCs

No oil in the crankcase, they are all 2 cycle glow engines, unless you step up to 1/5 scale which use 26cc 2cycle gas. Although some years back O.S. Max put out a .26 cu in and .40 cu in 4cycle car engines.. They were interesting but lacked the all out power of the 2t engines. As for a...

Popping and squeaking noise from rear end

Check your shock/strut mount plate. I'm not too familiar with Nissan, but they usually have a rubber isolator between the two plates. That rubber degrades over time and can cause a clunk or pop similar to what you describe.

Enjoy the Redline, I'm sure it will do a good job in the Tundra. Two years at your projected mileage should be very doable on any decent synthetic. And Redline is a top shelf "synthetic", so I don't see why so many people here feel they need to be so positively negative.

    Hugo Chavez is Dead.

The news of Chavez's death sure did brighten my day, and my wife's(she was born in Venezuela). Since the original topic has evolved into a discussion of Venezuela and Cuba, I feel supremely qualified as my family is Cuban and my wife is from Venezuela. Chavez was a two bit protege of Fidel...
