Lol OP got busted, our company has ordered 1000s of screens from them with only a few issues, but always resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. That is 100% a crack caused by the OP.

Hondas ES machines don't like a weak battery and it's not good for your stator to constantly be charging it from nearly dead. I would just replace it and hook a tender to the new one.
