As I accelerated off the ramp & onto the uphill interstate I pushed throttle-to-the-floor in 2nd gear until the engine redlined (about 65mph). - then shifted to 4th for cruising - then I noticed burnt oil smell I keep forgetting this used insight was not as well-cared for as my new insight was.

It's a pretty small car (2 seats). I already asked a dealer if he'd be willing to do the job and he said he's not allowed to modify engines.
