Chinese Valvoline VR1 Racing Synthetic SAE 20W-50 Motor Oil

Valvoline 20w50 Racing Oil Not Street Legal

I am looking to buy Valvoline SAE 20w50 Racing Oil - Not Street Legal. I realize it has the Valvoline number VV851. Is this oil still available or is it obsolete these days? Have read some places that this is a synthetic oil but I believe this must be wrong. Any leads or comments appreciated.

Oil for twin turbo USA made engine

So, engine is originally a dry sump type race engine. That will probably have influence on the sump drain back issue? And the original oil spec for engine was listed as 20w50, but back then it was none synthetic. Are we still at the 0w-40 Mobil 1? Or perhaps Mobil1 15w-50?

Oil for twin turbo USA made engine

It's a Rodeck aluminum race engine. What about the Castrol Edge TWS 10w-60? Imagine engine is to be run in high ambient temp areas. I see some discussions that concludes that the ambient temp does not matter. Not sure if I fully agree to that but any suggestions are appreciated.
