Indeed. The center console was very easy to lift off and access the shift bushing. I found pieces of the bushing which had disintegrated into broken rubber bits. I used a Dorman shift bushing kit 14103 which contained one Hyundai bushing to repair it.

I have used STP synthetic 5w-40 in my Hyundai 1.6 Veloster turbo on and off for a few years. No complaints here. I can buy it at Autozone. Advance Auto Parts does not carry STP where I am.

Fixing the pinhole leak in the radiator will allow you to see if all of the coolant in the overflow is being drawn back into the system after shutdown. The cap could be bad too. Do you have a second vehicle you can run the fluid test on to see if it changes colors the same way?

Mobil 1 flavors are $30.xx in north Florida. Even Supertech was $24-$30 for the 5 quart jugs here. Castrol jugs were on rollback for $23.xx, I bought one 5w-40 for an upcoming change.
