    ACEA-1 and what it includes?

STJLR.03.5005 and the Ford Spec align with ACEA C1 - Low(est) SAPS and HTHS > 2.9, SAE 5w-30 ACEA C2 does not exceed this spec however ACEA C2 formulations can be approved. ACEA C2 allows for higher SA and HTHS so not all ACEA C2 oils will meet the requirements. If it's under warranty, be sure...

    API SL for 2019 oil?

If you need 913-D or A5/B5, API specs are of secondary importance, perhaps even irrelevant. As they do not all align, why would you bother? Saying that Castrol 913-D products are API SN

penrite HPR5 5w-40 vs Castrol Edge 5w-30 in Aust

It would probably be easier to compare oils of the same viscosity as the specs are then more comparable. HTHS is fairly different. One other noticeable difference is LL-01. Edge 5w-30 A3/B4 has been revised to meet the latest LL-01. I do not think HPR 5 meets this.

2001 RAV4 gearbox, diff and transfer case oil choice

GL-5 is hypoid although there are difference performance levels. GL-4 is also actually described for Hypoid although there are virtually no applications calling for a GL-4 in a hypoid gear. I've had one of these cars, I used GL-5 80w-90 in the transfer case and R Diff. I personally think 75w-90...
