Yes. I have Forscan AND Techstream on the same laptop. They use different adapters though. Forscan is way better though (has more capabilities). Essentially, Techstream is like Forscan, except for Toyota, but not as good.
I wouldn't put them in the wall, but OK in the water heater area where you are going to change things out periodically anyway. Soldering would be better though.
There are plenty of YouTube videos on fuel trims. Watch enough of them and you will understand IF you have an issue, but you will need a code reader that does live data. This was very helpful to me lately when diagnosing a fuel pressure regulator issue.
The Goodyear branded tires that Wal-Mart sells are actually good. Personally, I have never bought cheap Chinese tires. Actually so far I have only bought made in USA tires, and I don't have these problems.
