    Window tint

Planning on tinting the windows on our new to us '09 Accord coupe. Thinking about going with 3M Crystailline in 40 percent. The crystalline film is supposed to block 60 percent of solar heat. The black leather interior gets pretty warm. Anyone have any experience with the Crystaline film? Is it...

    2016 or 17 Honda CR-V

We have had our '17 CR-V for a little over 2 years and have not had any issues. It's the EX model with all wheel drive. There was a software recall for direct injection system that was supposed to "fix" the fuel dilution issues. Other that that, we like it. It's a little slow off the line but...

2002 civic F&F after using peak EL(green) then super tech (green)

This car was my wife's baby. We bought it new in '93, not long after we got married. The car was parked in a car port for the first 2 years, then in a garage after that. We kept it washed, polished and waxed with assorted Meguiar's products over the years.

2002 civic F&F after using peak EL(green) then super tech (green)

If it's got green coolant in it now, continue using green coolant. For what it's worth, I ran Super Tech long life (green) coolant in our '93 Civic for 20+ years. Had 315,000 miles on it when was rear-ended and totaled last August. Did a drain and fill every 30K miles.

    2005 Honda Accord LX oil

Recently bought an '09 Accord EX-L coupe myself with the 2.4 I-4 I-VTEC, 120,xxx miles. One owner, dealer serviced since new. Serviced right before we bought it. No oil usage in 3,000 miles, oil is still clean and the MM shows 60 percent oil life. Debating using 5-20 HM full synth just because...

    GL1200 coolant

I have been using Super Tech extended life green coolant in my '07 VTX1300 since the the first coolant change. It's supposed to be silicate free. I do a drain and fill every 2 years. G05 would be fine if you do a complete flush and fill.

    Cut the cord, finally

We cut the cord about 9 years ago. OTA antenna running to five TVs with a Roku streaming Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and Sling in living room and two bedrooms. We pay about $45.00 a month. That beats paying over $100.00 a month. Don't miss Dish at all.

Early to mid 80s Atari Commodore connected to 19" tv. Man, we thought we really had something. I don't remember doing much with it though.

    High Mileage Vehicles

Our '93 Civic (bought new in '93) has a little over 300K on it. For the first 250k miles I was doing 3 month / 3k mile oil changes with dino oil, high mileage after 75K miles. After I came across this wonderful site I was able to move up to 5K OCI and now do 7,500 mile OCI using synth oil...

    Stuck brake drum

Got the stuck drum off. A BFH and a couple of bolts thru the drum to push it off. We've had this car for over 25 years and this is the first time that I have had this issue. Thanks for the replies.
