SO, My comments would suggest that the wear metal levels per 1k miles indicate that the Amsoil is the clear winner in your engine. Aluminum, Iron, Copper, Lead, and Tin all lower with more miles on the oil w/ Amsoil. TBN and Flashpoint both held up much better too. On the other hand, the...

DragRacer, Gotta put in my 2 cents, as a fellow Honda owner. I would agree with those who say 3k OCI is a waste with M1. If your engine does not currently use/burn oil and is in good condition, then I would believe you could easily do 10k OCI on that Honda. As always, to keep your mind at ease...
