It would work but you could just use metal edging or paver blocks. I have pavers between mulch beds and grass and it works well.

An 8 quart oil change and a tire rotation is $99 at our Chevy dealer. Those Suburban tires are heavy! I usually have my wife go there instead of doing it myself. The materials would cost me $40-$50 and I don’t have to rotate the tires.

No. We typically do 99 years, we pay the real estate taxes and have first right to buy if they landowner wants to sell or we can buy at market value at the end of the lease. We redevelop the property so slightly different than a solar farm.
