That's a good idea. I don't think that's the case here, as 1. The seller has been on eBay for 15+ years and 2. When I uploaded the screenshot from my PayPal account that showed eBay - seller email (eBay seller name) hasn't accepted yet...you would think he would have noticed if the email wasn't...

It does look like I should call ebay if I don't want to have to wait to appeal the Unpaid Item Claim. As for your second point, the seller never shipped the item.

TireRack doesn't show a 16" wheel available for a 2009 RX350 AWD. That leads me to believe 16" wheels will not provide adequate clearance. Just get an AWD model and pair it with some good on/off-road all-terrain tires: TireRack Tires
