You should be able to unbolt the pump from the engine and then unbolt the pressure unloader valve assembly. Then unbolt the head of the pump unit, pour out old oil. Clean it out and usually they take 4-5 ounces of oil.

Think I will check valve clearance again...clean the carb really well. Not really sure if it is popping through the carb or exhaust; usually does it after I release the trigger on the wand.

Engine doesn't surge and pressure can be adjusted easily, although I guess you can't rule that out. I usually use heavy pressure to clean driveways, etc, but it's not all the way up.

I had my 2012 Jeep GC with the six speed transmission fluid changed at the Jeep dealer. I asked them not to "power flush" it..just wanted the two filters replaced and fluid changed. They got in about 8 quarts of new fluid.

I ran it in a Nissan Pathfinder for years without any problems. I currently have it in my 2013 Tacoma.
