As has been said: try stretching If that doesn't solve it, see a good chiropractor to try to get a better idea of the cause of the pain. Then address that if you can--different stretches, exercises, bike mods, whatever.

Don't you have driveshaft splines to lube when you change your FD oil? If you think that's important just drop the rear. If not, and you come up with a good way to suck the oil out, post info about your setup.

The red powder sounds like what you see when o-rings fail. Could you have damaged them by brushing the chain? Perhaps dirt damaged them? And as has been mentioned, 15mm sounds too tight. Also when it comes to buying a good chain, it's about the chain model not the brand. Try a high end chain...
