my tires get this brownish red coating of brakedust all over them, and that combind with whatever tire shine crap thats on them makes it impossible to remove, should i keep using that whiteys stuff bleach rite? or something else, maybe some industrial engine brite or somthing?

ok so i want to refurbish my finish. its a jeep cherokee with deep amathest pearl coat. Here are my plans. note: all with walmart buffer. Clean with mix of carwash soap and viniger, Buff entire finish with scratch x, buff entire finish with megs cleaner wax, buff finish with turtle platinum...
