In my 2010 Sienna owners manual

I says "5-w30 provides optimal fuel economy,30 in 5w-30 indicates the viscosity of the oil at operating temperature. An oil with a higher viscosity may be better suited if the vehicle is operated at high speeds or under extreme load" Question is.....what is "high" speed? 70 MPH or higher?

What is wrong with green coolant all of a sudden?

I last used the traditional green coolant in a '96 f150 because that is what it came with. I changed it every 2 years and when i sold it in 2004 with 120,000 miles the cooling system was in excellent condition. So why bother with all the boutique coolants?

    I am confused on SM / GF-4

I am confused on the new GF4 oils. Are they thinner even though they are labeled 5-30 ...10-30 etc. Did they give up anti-wear additives to protect emissions components? I have read past posts on the subject but what is the final bottom line? Should I keep buying SL or dive into SM Dino?
