I thought the advantage of aluminum was that it would not rust?? If you're in the north east, that is a huge selling point. I like that the F-150 is almost 700lbs lighter. I'm failing to see the disadvantage in an all aluminum body?

I would change the air filter first since changing the air filter tends to let a little dirt into the oil, THEN change the oil in day or two. I could be wrong but I don't think your fuel additive will affect your new oil. Just drive till your tank is almost empty to get the most cleaner...

I've had several Honda dipsticks read low after changing the oil and filling to what the manual calls for- Actually, I wouldn't call it low it was smack dap in the middle of the dipstick readings -therefore safe. So it must be a safe zone. (1 qt )
