Winter takes a toll on the braking system on these vehicles. The brakes last forever in fair weather climates. Some aftermarket brakes are just going to be noisy. The only sure thing is an OEM pad set. It's worth the $75.

I would not worry too much about camber. As a Hyundai dealer I can tell you we have never installed or recommended installing a camber kit. The proper repair for non-adjustable camber that is way out of spec would be rear arm replacement.

My 97 Altima with the KA24DE was outstanding. I would drive another 1st generation Altima in a heartbeat. Nissan quality has taken a dump since the 90's. We are a Hyundai dealer, but we have done several Versa engines. Junk.
