Are the oils of the same brand, and class. Such as pyb5w30sm, and pyb20w50sm. If so im sure it would be ok. Let your oil pressure give you the final ok. You are just trying to burn through a stash right?

Single vis 30w is the answer.

2nd uoa got no make up oil. .5q near the end of the run may have balanced out the differences a little.

They do indeed make an oil that has there mos2 already in it, but I don't remember what it's called.

Man, so sorry. I looked right at that and somehow read gcv160. Gasket set and needle set are most diffidently cheaper than replacing the whole part. BTW in over 5yrs of repairing Honda carbs I have not seen a plastic float failure. I clean the seat with rubbing compound and a q-tip. Youtube...

Iso, and JASO are not the end all to 2x oil selection. Ultra is only JASO FB. Your 2x engine type i.e. strato, open port, closed port or 4mix and there exhaust system types all have there own special needs. Like you said, most oils when mixed with the correct grade of fuel at the right ratios...

your carb is more than likley leaking at the needel. remove the carb and throw it in the trash. Take your Mower modle and ser to your local honda ope dealer and buy a new carb. that carb is only like 28$. If it were not so cheep I'd reccomend replacing the needel, but the seat on that carb is...

I don't know about a wax product, but have you tried Cling? I use the Nufinish paste once a year in the fall, and Cling in between. I cant imagine a spray on wax without abrasives effecting it if washing it doesn't.

1988 Mercedes 300e w/ m103 I6 out T6 w/bosch about 4k in 5&1/2qt Castrol HM 5W30 and 10oz MOS2 w/ Mobil ep filter.

The fj180v kawi is pressure lubed w/ a bypass valve. Even the homeowner model that has no oil filter. The main crank bearings however are the only places that get oil delivered by the pump. Cylinder, rod, and writs pin are all still splashed.

Use the flush and oil, and 1/2 the mos2. use the other 1/2 in your next change.
