Did I ruin my engine AND transmission?

So let me start by saying I have been changing my own oil on everything I own for over a decade. Yesterday, during the first oil change on my brand new 2014 R6 I filled to the specified amount. I checked dipstick and was right at the max mark. Thought I would go for a quick ride, recheck level...

"Duct tape was good...how about motor oil?"...

This is what I found myself thinking while watching an episode of mythbusters. I've always been a fan of the show but lately it seems like they are running out of ideas. The duct tape special was an exception. In fact, they did two full episodes on the fabled properties of duct tape. This got...

    1 Million Miles...

One odometer from that thread is aftermarket. From a motorcycle actually. But none of the other 4runner owners mentioned the one in question not being from a 4runner. I figured somebody would have picked up on it if it didn't match the vehicle.

    Will this ruin my bearings?

Hey Ducati...is Dexter axle a reputable brand? I don't know if they make their own bearings or not. I would imagine they do seeing as they pretty much specialize in axles. I guess my trailer has whatever bearings they use. Input would be appreciated.

    Will this ruin my bearings?

After years of dreaming I finally got my own utility trailer. Just a 5x8. 2000lb axle. I use it primarily to move my riding mower. The thing is I leave my mower sitting on the trailer all the time. I understand excessive idle time is not good for bearings but I will be using the trailer at least...
