Liqui Moly Synthoil High Tech 5W-40 is actually a bit cheaper than Valvoline SynPower 5W-40... Any specific diesel oils you recommend for my setup? And I have NO idea where to get an UOA here.

Guys, is Liqui Moly High Tech (part number: 1307-5L) 5W-40 base 4 oil? How does it compare to Valvoline Synpower 5W-40?

170-190 psi is Audi 1.8T new engine spec I think. I will try to get an oil gauge as soon as possible.

The thing is that I also daily drive this car, my wife takes it to work and back every day...so at least 3-4 cold starts. It drives like stock. I had to make sure driveability wasn't affected because I need this car to take me to places as well as perform at the track. Temperature always stays...

By the way I can also get MOTUL 300 V POWER 5W40, is this suitable and/or better than the other ones i listed?
