Do trees/plants feel wind chill? If tree A is in a 20 degree no wind location and tree B is in a 20 degree 30mph wind location, is tree B 'colder' than tree A? Or is wind chill only felt by warm bodied organisms?

At AZ I saw a Turtle Wax product that looked just like Optimum No Rinse. Same color and consistency and smelled very similar. I think it was under ten dollars and was a big bottle, maybe 32oz. I've used ONR and the duragloss no rinse products. Has anyone tried the new TW one?
