I have great luck with Alliant Power ULTRAGUARD Diesel Fuel Treatment in all three of my diesels. It comes in bottles that are easy to store, open, and keep from spilling. If you have a Powerstroke with stiction issues, Archoil is your answer.

I always run the premium/gold diesel product from Kwik Trip. It's 5 cents per gallon more, but I see less smoke in my modified LBZ Duramax. It's about the same in my other two diesels. All three vehicles still get a light treatment of Alliant Power Ultraguard in every tank.

e85 is 2.79 here. Premium is 3.99. With tuning, my truck makes about the same power with either fuel. I lose about 1.5/mpg with e85, but with the cost difference, it's worth it.

Do not go with a 2003-2004 6.0L. Tons and tons of problems. The 2005-2007 ended up being pretty good. The 7.3L is a proven workhorse. Keep the oil system clean and you have an engine that will last forever.
