Heck. I just hit 600,000Km on my 2003 Accord 4 CYL. Used Amsoil 0w30 exclusively. It burned 1L of oil every 3,000Km. After replacing the PCV valve it burns about 1L of oil every 5,000Km for the same style of driving. I still floor the car now and then. I've read a lot of threads over the years...

Greetings. Is there anyone out there with a 2003 Accord (4 cyl) or newer with very high mileage (> 300,000 Km) that does extended oil drain intervals and had no engine repairs? What oil and filter do you use? Do you drive normally or more spirited? Thanks a bunch.
