Probably not. Compatibility is based on solubility or the tendency of the fluid to absorb into the elastomer. The Molykote 111 is a silicone and silica based valve sealant/lubricant. The silicone fluid would tend to soften and swell the O-ring. It may even turn it into a snotty, gooey mess.

Red Line CV-2 contains an organic molybdenum compound for wear control and friction modification. I don't think it contains molybdenum disulfide which would give the grease a distinct gray color. I think the RL CV-2 is red.
