    mixing diff. color coolants

    Wife's car is a bit low on coolant. I'm gonna top it off when I look and it's orange. Now I know Dex cool you CAN"T mix other coolant in. But what about this? It's an 06 Scion. Prestone and the SuperTech coolant I have both say mixes with any brand and any color coolants. Thoughts??
