Hello All, I'm disucssing an oil consumption issue on a separate thread and one of the posters is claiming that hydraulic valve lash adjusters on this engine are made for 30wt oil. So far all the UOAs I've seen for this motor indicate it does well with an oil in the low 40wt range. Any comments?

Just wondering what everyone does with their used oil... I store my gear lubes, engine lubes, and all other petrol or synthetic lubes in empty plastic Tide laundry detergent containers. When all 6 are full I bring them to Kragen to empty out.
