I've been adding it every oil change. I drive about 20K miles a year...I can't see that I'm doing any harm, except to my wallet. Back when I was driving 35K miles a year, I would buy it by the case!

I've been running Lubro-Moly in my cars since I bought a used Audi ('95 90QS) back in 1999. In 2003 I bought a new WRX and have been using it, and Mobil 1, at every oil change. I have 150k+ on that car now, which I drive hard at times, and it runs as good as new. No real data other than that...
