Picked up a new to me 97 BMW 325I. 250Kish on the clock. UNK on the last oil change. Primary driving will be 7 miles round trip 4 times a week. Any other info I'm not sure what to provide. It doesn't run but after I get the parts the oil is going to be first.

Figure this is the place to do it... My half-brother has an 89 944 turbo. He has around ~70 thou on it. He currently runs M1 EP 15-50 in it. In the winter he runs M1 10-40 HM in it. I tell him he'd be better off running M1 0W-40 in it all year round or some GC. Let's hear some expert thoughts!!
