’07 Accord SE (205/60R16) tire recommendations

A lot of people on here have General Altimax HP. It is an all-season grand touring tire. My nephew has some on his 2003 Accord. I have the summer version of this tire on my 03 Accord. A really good balance between comfort, performance, and value...

Actually found Made in USA stuff

I only wear Air Jordan 3 sneakers. They last me about 3-4 years. They are made in China. Have never had or seen a pair of better sneakers.

Actually found Made in USA stuff

1/4 of New Balance shoes are assembled in the USA. almost 3/4 quarters are made in China with a few in Vietnam or Indonesia. If assembled here there is an American Flag on the tongue of the shoe.

    Window Tint Opinions

I have Suntek film. 5% rear and 35% front. I was pulled over years ago for speeding by the CHP. I got a ticket for speeding but they said nothing about the tints. Worst case is a fix it ticket. I got it done at a place the LA Times auto section said was the best in LA county. I paid around...

    NAPA Adaptive Brake Pads

They squeek if you simply do a pad slap and leave material on the rotor from previous pad. The different inner and outer pads is the whole point. The outer pads are low dusting comfort "passgenger car" pads. The inner pads are performance pads that do dust a bit. So you get some extra...

any bad experiences with Lubegard Red?

I put some Lub Red when I flushed my trany. Shifted like new for a year then kinda felt the same way as before the new fluid. But not worse in any way. Maybe it was a psycological effect but the shifts felt faster for about a year now they seem back to normal.

pure1 one vs Royal purple oil filter

Pure1 will filter ever so slightly better. Royal Purple will filter longer with an ever slightly better flow rate. If your OCI is less than 6K I would go with Pure1. Longer than 8K then Royal Purple(Mobil 1/K&N same filter different package). Between six and eight is a toss up.

    Coilover??

Maybe you should have learned about Soft/Hard adjustments before you purchased a RACING coilover kit? Anywho, soft means you will move the suspension closer to stock. The suspension will move to absorb road imperfections. More comfortable. Hard means you make it more like a racing...

Honda Brake Fluid, Opinions Needed Please

Manual says use Honda Dot 3 Heavy Duty. I would not use standard Dot 3. Use Dot 3 Heavy Duty, Dot 4 or Dot 5.1. Do not use, under any circumstances, Dot 5 Silicone BF. You can go up but not down(ie standard Dot 3) You don't need most Honda branded fluids. Unless you want Dino ATF. Redline...

    Changing brake calipers

I don't know anything about Daihatsu cars nor Japanese law regarding remanufactured parts. But... Generally no special tools are required to change calipers. Obviously you don't know how to do it yourself. Maybe you should get the repair manual for your car,see if it is something you think you...
