Yes, mostly short trips. My wife uses the remote start, then to the bus stop, then home for bit. She then goes to the gym up the street, then to work about about 5 miles away. Definitely a rough life for this truck.

I have read about Blackstone Fuel dilution and how it can be inaccurate. My wife uses regular gas in the winter but usually premium in the summer due to the towing and heat etc. I might have her use premium year-round to see if it helps since it supposedly has more complete burn.

Nothing new here, just posting an update. I had to change early to replace my oil filter housing gasket. Also, the oil filter housing gasket was changed at the time this sample was taken so may show something on the next UOA, not this one as indicated in the comments below. Link to previous...

Looks like my numbers are somewhat trending towards the current formula now. I was unaware the formula had changed so i was mixing bottles before causing a lot of confusion. My reason for changing at low miles was due to MIL and I was going on a trip towing my camper. Previous UOA HERE Code...

Hi All, My last UOA had a sudden spike in iron which seems to have dropped back off. Fuel is still high due to my wife's addiction to the remote start (it's been cold here). I also forgot to mention last time that she switched to 87 octane for the winter, which may not be burning completely...
