A down draft can make it go out. Most heaters in last 15 years have a thermopile not a thermocouple. Same concept but different operation. Re light it and see if it holds!

I've got an 08 and a 10 in the extended family, both have the 2.4l. One has 190,000, the other one Has 100,000 miles. Both are very reliable. I maintain both and it's only been brakes, batteries, tires, sway bar links and one v.v.t. solenoid (46 bucks). They seem to be decent cars.

Cincinnati speedometer just did mine for 90$ in January. This was in a 03 sierra. They updated the motors to the more reliable ones. Mail order is a little more as I was a walk in customer.
