So, I was at wally world tonight and walked down the oil aisle as I always do and came across something new: M1 0w-40 European Blend. I never noticed "European Blend" on the M1 0w-40 bottle before. Do I just need to pay better attention, or is this a new oil from Mobile?

Thanks for all the replies. But it looks like there is no consensus, lol. I am leaning towards temp at the moment. I am going to go autocrossing and I think knowing that the oil is up to temp will be more useful than knowing the pressure.

I am thinking of adding some gauges in my SRT-4, including a wideband O2 and scan gauge. I can add an oil temp or pressure sender to the scan gauge, but I am not sure which is a better choice. So, if you could have 1 gauge, oil temp or oil pressure, which would you choose and why?
