I just picked up an 07 TL-S 6MT. 60,xxx miles, unknown trans fluid condition. What would be some recommended manual transmission fluids? I see a lot of people saying the GM Syncomesh Friction Modified makes the trans shift great.

I'm a bit happier with this sample, even if it was 'fooled' by my Filtermag RA300 trapping some of that ferrous metal. How is this looking? It's still nothing special, but not horrible at least? Here is a picture of what the magnet caught... Sure, some or most of this may have been trapped...

I was looking for some insight into what people on here would recommend as the absolute best ATF to use in my car. The car in question is a 2002 Honda Accord V6, Automatic of course. It has about 80K on it, and I have used ATF-Z1 its entire life, first change at 40K, and then every 10-20K...

Just got this in my email, figgured id see if I should be concerned or not. I put about 6,200 miles on this oil, which is more than I have ever done. Normally I run 3-4K... Oil was ENEOS 5W20. Vehicle is a 2002 Honda Accord V6. What do you guys think?
