This lubricant has been discontinued from Sears and in my owner's manual it doesn't give a specification. The local store's help is shall we say lacking any knowledge and calling into their automated parts direct line is terrible....can anyone please help me?

I will be changing the oil on Jan 8th, I am switching to Supertech 5w30 for the AutoRx fast track treatment. Before I switch I plan on running a compression test before using the AutoRx to see if this stuff works. 1990 F-150 w/4.9L and 309k on the engine. I will post my findings up here.
