Yap. Took out K&N after about 25 000km and filter looked pretty dry, I have put in stock Subaru filter. That's original made in Japan, looks very nice, high quality I think. Next time I will get only OEM. Also couple of ribs on K&N were band, the looked like some kind of rock hit them. No clue...

Is it safe to switch from 5w30 to 10w30 and back from season to season, or is it better just to stick to one viscosity, 5w30 mostly for whole life of the car? Toronto, Canada here, it gets pretty cold sometimes. -25C sometimes. Usually stays around -10 to -20C during winter. Thank you.
