never had any positive results with STP in the gas. They used to offer a heavy honey like oil additive, that I put in old trucks. It seemed to make a difference in oil consumption. Who has experience with Nutra from Schaeffers? Add it to the oil on a diesel for 500 miles, or add it to the gas...

Yes, Jimbo..the 62 does operate as you say to the best of my knowledge. I am not a mechanic,so I do not do my own service. Suicide doors are the trade mark of this era Lincoln, and the 62 was the sporter version as 63-64 were extended in length, and not as well handling.
