was at the store the other day and seen STP brand oil.is it any good?who makes it?

ive read up on here about the supertech conventional and synthetic oils but havent heard anything about their High Mileage oil.im using their synthetic but thinking of using the High Mileage oil.since i change my oil every 3,000 i was told dont need the synthetic.
