Does anyone have any experience with this stuff? Its Valvolines Professional Series oil additive. It says its full synthetic, uses a dual-detergent system to maintain cleanliness, and will not change the viscosity level of oil it is added to. I picked up 8 bottles on eBay for $20.

Since I had a few bottles of both Edge and GC, I decided to mix the two and put them in my truck. Its an 07 F150 with the 5.4 in it. It takes 7 quarts, so I mixed 4 Edge and 3 GC. Ill do a UOA in about 7500 miles to see how it did.

From what Ive read on here, everyone agrees that most semi-synthetics contain some percentage of PAO, or esters, or some other true synthetic. But most of the ones that claim to be full synthetic are really Group III, do they not contain any true synthetic at all?

I am short 1 quart of oil for an oil change. I plan on putting Delvac 1 in my Jeep 4.0. But dont want to order another gallon of Delvac 1. So is it ok to mix one or maybe one and a half quarts of Delvac 1300 in with it?
