I had an old Galaxie with a 390 in it, that motor held 5 quarts. Kind of funny that those old big blocks only held 5, and my little 2.0L Focus engine holds 6.

I just picked up a 2015 ST, and have been wondering what the best oil for the Ecoboost would be. It looks like Redline is an excellent choice! Is your engine still stock?

I would let them change it, what they will put in there is good oil and will use a Motorcraft filter too-save the stuff you bought for next time.
