I just got a new Milton analog gauge today, so I’ll be checking all vehicles tonight. Also, I’m on my way to Americas Tire to change the front (or all) tires. I can compare my new tire gauge with theirs.
About 2.5 years ago, when I heard that tapping noise, I knew there’s a screw or a nail on one of the tires. I put the right psi using my 12v inflator, then Americas Tire patched it for free.
My 03 Element's reservoir cap popped out (unscrewed), and found the radiator not full. Can I top it off with this Zerex blue from Walmart? I tried to fill the radiator using my Honda blue coolant, but It wasn't enough. TIA.
Interesting thread. I myself is planning to get my wife a Kona or the cheaper Kia Soul, not sure if these will be good enough for a family of 4. Our ten year old Sonata has been very reliable at 140K.
About 4 years ago, my co-worker had the same problem with her Mazda MPV. I did the tune-up including the atf and pcv, but the main culprit was the rear-middle spark plug.
The previous mechanic only changed the front (3) plugs as they are NGKs while the rear plugs are old Densos.
