Is it harder to maintain lane center the older you get?

The entire lane is mine and I can go side to side if I want. I also refuse to use my turn signals because it isn't anyone's business where I'm going.

Numerous reports of UFO flying over the Tumacacori Mountains in Southern Arizona- actually Space X

I saw it in SoCal as it flew almost parallel with the coast down to Baja. Pretty awesome sight. The weather was perfect for it.

    I'd have that biopsied.

How often do you wash your car in an automatic car wash?

Automated car wash? Never - I only wash my car using rainwater.

Weight loss update - I won!

Congrats to you for that. It's rather remarkable but just know, I beat anorexia and so did you, my friend, before you went keto. It's all perspective.

    Pet peeve!! MOBIL not MOBILE

Yes, that's one of my peeves too. How someone could see the bottles and still types Mobile 1 just shows there is a lazy mind right there for everyone to see. And I use that as barometer about the carefulness and accuracy of anything else they post.

Most Satisfying Part of an Oil Change

The quiet time of not having the wife talk. She thinks it can take an hour for the oil to drain and cleanup takes another half hour. It's just me time.

9mm Ammo brands how reliable? does it matter between these 3?

I've used all of those without issue. Pick based on price. Also consider New Republic brand from Targetsports. It's all brass, non-corrosive with boxer primers. Clean ammo. It's produced for them in Yugoslavia, or perhaps it's Hungary, from virgin components. I've gone through 3k since last...

Remington 870 tactical set up question

Any pad with the Remington R3, Supercell, Limbsaver or the Hogue pad will be fine. Pistol grip on a pump is fine but it sort of changes the form but never, ever, put a pistol grip forend on the front.

If we're still talking about pour points, Redline 0w-30 is -60C/-76F.

Alaska Airlines AS1282 door blow out!

Yes, it's all there, including picking your seat, when you make your reservation. Of course the option to have a sweaty person who falls asleep and leans on you is extra, along with the screaming kid or non-stop cougher. Just remember that when you fly Airbus, the pilots have a pullout tray in...

Alaska Airlines AS1282 door blow out!

Yeah, it's not something they want, much like Toyota not liking their product placement as the preferred pickup of the Taliban.

Alaska Airlines AS1282 door blow out!

The pressure should have firmly seated that plug. Not sure if the plug was defective or defectively installed by Boeing. Also consider that Alaska may have tinkered with it after they took delivery from Boeing. Too soon to say if it's a one of or something about the plug that's across all Max...

    Moving Fumoto to new Forester.

I used a factory crush washer when I installed my Fumoto. Nearly 10 years later no leaks. I gave the blue washer to the cat.

    5000 mile oil filters

Years ago Motorking (Jay from Fram) posted that engines produce about 1 gm of crud for every 1k miles and their filters hold way more crud than that. IIRC, the 20k Ultra performed well at 30k miles but it was dialed back to 20k on the box and in advertising. 30k for the price of 20k.

I've never been on TV but I submitted a question to Highlights for Children that was published.

    Hardest Spec to Meet?

The toughest one is unquestionably the sniff test. If you were around back in the GC days, you know it smelled like Gummy Bears. That's the gold standard, right there. Fight me if you think I'm wrong.

    US or Mexican Coke

Real sugar Pepsi that is sold in most places is far better tasting, when it's over ice, than their hfcs version. Fight me. Prove me wrong.
