I am looking for a decent hand pump for manual transmission fluid and diff. fluid. I am not looking for anything really expensive (less than $20.) I need to use it twice about every 30k miles. Any suggestions?

Just to make sure I understand the difference between the two. I assume that a single weight oil does not use VIIs at all, correct? However, like Amsoil ACD there are some single weight oils that can pass tests that could classify them as a multiweight oil, is this correct? Just trying to...
