Hello Mola: I have the highest respect for your knowledge and contributions over the years, however I believe the chlorinated part of any and all engine additives was removed by the EPA effective 1/1/2017.

I couldn't determine the SKU number, but the License #238 is the same for both bottles. The new Fram 5-40 & 0-40 oils are the same: no manufacturer approvals, other than SN or SP , I forgot which one. FWIW the CQ and Fram oils in these grades apply to exactly ZERO cars IMO.

if needed piston soak is a good step, just not with SeaFoam. Berryman's B-12 liquid ($3.23 at WM)and MMO in the crankcase IMO is a better approach Steve
